Lead Time Agreement

Please allow ample time for requests. Early submission of this form will aide in the completion of the video in a timely manner.

Be aware that videos are dependent on our limited team, time, resources, and pre-scheduled priorities.

A minimum of 1 week advance submission is required.

A minimum of 2 weeks advance submission is required if requesting to view drafts/previews of the video before completion.

Videos will be no longer than 45 seconds in length.
